This policy explains how Leeside Dealer Academy ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you use this website, including our AI chat assistant and our application form. We collect only what we need to reply to you.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name and a contact detail (phone or email) when you share them with our chat assistant (Lisa) or submit the application form.
- Your messages: the content of your chat with Lisa, so we can answer your questions and follow up.
Cookies and analytics
We use no tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not profile you or follow you across other websites. To see how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. The only cookies the site may set are essential ones Cloudflare uses to keep the chat secure.
About the AI chat assistant (Lisa)
Lisa is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are processed by an AI model to generate a reply. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. If you give your name and a contact detail, we save them so we can reply about the course.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and respond to your enquiry.
- To process your application and arrange an interview or assessment.
- To contact you about the course you asked about.
Our legal basis is your consent in sharing the details, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our courses. We never sell your data.
Who processes your data
Hostinger
Hosts this website.
Cloudflare
Runs the Lisa chat assistant, stores enquiry details securely, and provides our cookieless website analytics.
Anthropic
Provides the AI model that powers Lisa. Your chat messages are processed to generate replies.
Formspree
Processes application-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
Resend
Sends our emails: your enquiry notification to us, and the confirmation email back to you after you apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries captured through the chat assistant are automatically deleted after 90 days. Application details are kept only as long as needed to handle your application, then removed on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email jamie@leesidedealeracademy.com and we'll action it. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
